I haven't eaten here, but it appears that this shop specialized in tsukemen. Tsukemen is ramen where the noodles and soup are served separately, and the noodles are dipped in the soup before eating. Often the soup is of a stronger flavor, as less of the soup is eaten when dipping the noodles.

This shop was recommended with the following comment: "This place had spicy tsukemen that tasted awesome"

About Ramen

Ramen (ラーメン rāmen) is a Japanese noodle soup dish. It consists of Chinese-style wheat noodles served in a meat or fish-based broth, often flavored with soy sauce or miso, and uses toppings such as sliced pork, dried seaweed , kamaboko, and green onions. Nearly every region in Japan has its own variation of ramen, from the tonkotsu (pork bone broth) ramen of Kyushu to the miso ramen of Hokkaido.
